Alphatec has provided A/E services to renovate existing facilities in various locations, throughout Washington, D.C. Project requirements include historic preservation requirements for buildings registered under the National Trust for Historic Preservation, or fall under the jurisdiction of the National Capital Planning Commission, complete A/E services, ranging from specific building deficiencies to total building component upgrades for buildings under the jurisdiction of the GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION. All work was designed with meticulous construction phasing plans for minimum disruption to occupants, and while buildings were fully occupied.
