Alphatec provided total A/E services to convert and renovation this 30,000 SF historic structure (Building 16) into a administration and reception facility and the renovation design for the adjunct caretaker’s cottage (Building 16A) into a new office and conferencing facility per the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for Historic Structures so as to maintain historical integrity and aesthetic while providing a ergonomically comfortable environment and safe work place.
