Founded in 1969, Alphatec PC is located in the heart of D.C. and has been shaping and recreating the Washington Metropolitan Area through infrastructure upgrades, major renovations, and new construction. Alphatec provides total A/E services under Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts, specializing in multidisciplinary engineering and architectural services for commercial and industrial projects. Recently awarded as Best Public Services Design/Build Firm in 2025, our team has delivered design for more than $1B in construction.

Alphatec has in-depth experience in investigations, data collection, planning and feasibility study preparations, peer reviews, historic preservation reporting, and prospectus alterations. Our design services include the preparation of conceptual designs, construction documents, specifications, cost estimates, and construction schedules.
